Terms & Conditions

When Purchasing from Nagle Flooring website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

While every effort will be made to ensure all items shown on the website are in stock no guarantee is given.

Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 4 -5 days of placing your order.

You are able to supply your preferred delivery day in the text box on the checkout page. We will then call you to confirm that this date is possible or to arrange on alternative date that is convenient to you.

We offer free delivery on all orders £ 500 + Vat. All deliveries are made to `Kerbside` and the driver may require help to larger delivers. Customer must advise us if the delivery address is likely to have a problem. E.g. The road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit.

We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time on the arrange date but you can pay an addition 35 Pound for AM/PM Delivery.

If the courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the redelivery charge of £65.

Once goods have arrived at your property please inspect goods immediately on delivery. No claims regarding damaged items can be made after the diver has left the delivery address (Unless signed for damaged items on delivery note.)

To cancel your order you must inform us in writing we will arrange for your goods to be collected and will then refund the total amount less the cost incurred by us for collection.

All goods must be re-packed as they were.

If you wish to cancel a special order item. You will be charged a re stocking charge of 20% at of the total amount purchase price plus delivery charges.

Products Guarantee will be affected if you do not use damp proof membrane where required or the correct underlay, or the flooring is fitted incorrectly.

The colours of the products may vary slightly on the website due to limitations of browser software monitors.

All confidential information is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form.

Customer details are not passed to third parties are used only in accordance with data production Act.

You agree to indemnity us against any claims losses liabilities damages & expenses ( Including legal fees) on using out of your use of this site.

The contract will be governed by laws of england and wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of english counts. None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.

Samples

If you require a sample of a piece of wooden flooring we can send you a small cut to get an idea. Up to 3 samples can be bought for £4.99 including VAT which will be REFUNDED when you place your main order. Be sure to use the same email address when ordering your samples and your main order as this is how our system recognises to issue your discount.
