190 Oak Nature engineered floor has a face width of 190mm and 20mm thickness with a 6mm solid oak wear layer and is finished with coats of oil to give a texture finish.

This floor comes with board lengths of 1860mm.

Please note only 75% boards are fixed lengths of 1860mm

The engineered oak flooring Natural Grade means this floor will come with some knots and colour variation for a natural looking floor.

This engineered oak floor can be installed by sticking down to the existing subfloor or by floating on underlay.

There are several reasons why you might consider buying 20/6 x 190 engineered oak brushed and oiled wooden flooring. Here are some potential advantages:

  1. Natural and Authentic Look: Engineered oak flooring offers the beauty and warmth of real wood. The brushed finish enhances the natural grain of the oak, adding texture and depth to the flooring. This creates a rustic and authentic appearance that many people find appealing.

  2. Durable and Stable: The 20/6 specification indicates a 20mm total thickness with a 6mm wear layer. This construction provides durability and stability to the flooring, making it resistant to warping or cupping. The Oak engineered wood flooring structure also helps to minimize the effects of temperature and humidity changes, making it suitable for various environments.

  3. Easy Maintenance: The engineered oiled finish not only enhances the appearance of the wood but also provides some level of protection. Oiled wooden flooring is relatively easy to maintain. Regular sweeping or vacuuming, along with periodic reapplication of oil, can help keep the floor in good condition. In case of minor scratches or wear, it is often possible to spot repair the affected areas by reapplying oil.

  4. Soft and Tactile Feel: The brushed engineered floor finish creates a textured surface, giving the flooring a soft and tactile feel underfoot. This can add warmth and comfort to your living spaces.

  5. Versatility: Engineered oak flooring is versatile and can complement a range of interior design styles, from traditional to contemporary. The natural beauty and warmth of oak can enhance the overall aesthetic of your home, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

  6. Value and Longevity: Engineered oak flooring with a 6mm wear layer can withstand regular use and be sanded and refinished multiple times if necessary. This allows the flooring to maintain its appeal and durability over time, adding value to your property.

When purchasing engineered oak brushed and oiled flooring, consider factors such as the specific manufacturer, the quality of the engineered wood, and your personal preferences regarding color, grade, and finish. It's also advisable to consult with a flooring professional or supplier to ensure that the 20/6 x 190 engineered oak brushed and oiled flooring meets your specific needs and fits your desired interior design style
