Nature Engineered Oak parquet flooring comes in a 18mm thickness with a wear layer of 4mm that can be sanded down sererval times if neccessy, The battern size is 90mm wide and 400mm long, this product has a bevel on all 4 sides. Nature herringbone parquet is designed to be glued down to an existing subfloor.

The grade is a Natural which means the flooring will come with colour variation.

This engineered parquet comes prefinished with 6 coats of UV lacquer

A very traditional type of flooring is herringbone (or parquet) flooring. The term herringbone relates to the pattern of the floor and not finish or colour. This pattern is made up of small blocks of flooring in a herringbone pattern or a range of many other geometric patterns. It can alter any area with its deluxe appeal.

Engineered herringbone flooring is very much suitable with underfloor heating. Furthermore, it is marvellous for any room as it can be put through capricious temperature changes and is great for rooms with lots of glazing.

• Thickness: 18mm.

• Veneer depth: 4mm. This should allow the floor to be sanded and refinished twice. However, this shouldn’t be necessary in the 10-15 years in most cases.

• Width: 90mm.

• The engineered herringbone is less likely to warp than solid wood as it is more stable.

• As the engineered  herringbone is durable it can be laid in rooms heated with water based underfloor heating.
