Refund policy
Once goods have arrived at your property please inspect goods immediately on delivery. No claims regarding damaged items can be made after the diver has left the delivery address (Unless signed for damaged items on delivery note.)
To cancel your order you must inform us in writing we will arrange for your goods to be collected and will then refund the total amount less the cost incurred by us for collection.
All goods must be re-packed as they were.
If you wish to cancel a special order item. You will be charged a re stocking charge of 30% at of the total amount purchase price plus delivery charges.
